We are pleased to officially announce the central program of the Convention, “OLTRE 2025 Passion Vision Future”, an event designed for those who are not satisfied with standing still, but who want to push beyond their limits, beyond the results already achieved, beyond market challenges.

The guiding theme of the Convention, “OLTRE 2025 Passion Vision Future”, represents the very essence of the MasterGroup World journey:

1ˢᵗ MGTO Annual Summit

The strategic heart of the Convention will be the plenary session of the 1ˢᵗ MGTO Annual Summit, which will take place on December 12th, 2025, at 3:00 PM, at the Stella Maris Conference Hall in Palmi.

It will be a high-value moment of discussion, during which:

• The most significant results of the year will be reviewed;
• The guidelines and vision for the future of the MGTO project will be shared;
• New initiatives, tools and growth paths will be presented;
• Stories will be told about people and teams who have managed to go “OLTRE” with courage, discipline and team spirit.

23ʳᵈ Christmas Celebration Party

The Convention will continue in the spirit of tradition with one of the most anticipated events of the year: the 23ʳᵈ Christmas Celebration Party, which will take place on December 13th, 2025, at 8:00 PM at Punta Piana Pool in Palmi.

A special evening dedicated to:

• Celebrating the milestones achieved together throughout the year;
• Thanking collaborators, partners and teams for their daily commitment;
• Strengthening the sense of belonging to the great MasterGroup World family.

The Christmas Celebration Party will be an event filled with emotion, an elegant and festive setting to close the year while looking toward the future with renewed enthusiasm.
